Bella Yoga specializes in yoga therapy. I use a holistic view when working with clients, which allows me to address their unique goals as they relate to their overall functioning. Through the individual attention of a 1:1 session, clients learn to improve their movement patterns. When we move better, we feel better. Pain goes down, or is eliminated.
