Interlake High School offers classes from grades nine through 12 in various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, journalism, fine arts, health, and physical and special education. It also offers career and technical education in agriculture, business and technology, family and consumer science, and industrial education and technology education. The school organizes various events, such as homecoming, back to school night, seasonal theme dances, International Potluck Dinner, Interlake Live talent show and senior awards.
