Kate Martin has been a planning and design consultant on “both sides of the door” for over 25 years. She received a BA in Environmental Science in 1978 and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in 1979. Kate can create a quick diagram or a comprehensive level of detail to suit your specific project needs. Synthesizing solutions that bring the divergent needs and wants of couples, business partners and groups into designed solutions that satisfy all is the basis of her practice. She helps clients to scope their projects and develop their budgets up front as part of a sensible planning process so that a responsive design can be developed successfully.All of her services are available hourly, but to kickstart projects in a positive direction at a low cost, she offers the option of following a simple cost-effective 3 step fixed-fee process that sets the table for project success.
