The Pine Lake Community Center is a venue on the Sammamish Plateau that can be rented to hold weddings, parties, meetings, receptions and other events. The center's lodge was built in 1938 and can hold about 150 people. In addition to parties and receptions, the lodge is the site of various classes, including exercise, yoga and dance. As of December 2010, the rental price for Friday from 5pm to midnight was $300, plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. On Sundays, the rental fee is $40 per hour, plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. The site also has a baseball or softball field as well as a gravel parking lot.
