History
Grandmaster Lee's teachings are based on traditional Korean mixed martial arts for practical combat and self-defense, incorporating elements from many different styles, such as: Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Judo, Jujitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing to defend against both single and multiple attackers. In 2001 Grandmaster Lee relocated to the Washington D.C. area and opened the World Martial Arts Center in Warrenton Virginia, where he continues to teach the Hwal Moo form of Tae Kwon Do. Grandmaster Lee oversees all Tae Kwon Do instruction at WMAC. Whether it's a children's white belt class or advanced black belt training, Grandmaster Lee continues to actively participate in student training on a daily basis.
