Valley Pastoral Counseling Center is a non-profit interfaith pastoral counseling center serving the mental health needs of the Shenandoah Valley. Our primary focus is psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, children, and groups. We provide both long-term and short-term treatment for the full range of emotional problems ranging from mild anxiety and depression to severe mental illness. We cooperate with local physicians, psychiatrists, and hospitals when medication and/or hospitalization are appropriate for treatment. We specialize in providing spiritually sensitive psychotherapy to the members of various faith communities and congregations of the Valley, including church leaders, clergy, and their families. Beyond the religious community we provide comprehensive mental health services to the entire Shenandoah Valley community. Staff: C.
