The Healthy Weigh is a weight-loss clinic supervised by physicians. It utilizes drink mixes and meals specially designed with healthy weight-loss in mind; meals include breakfasts, entrees, desserts, puddings, soy snacks, bars and ready-to-serve items like Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs and Caramel Nut Bars. The Healthy Weigh program has its members undergo weekly private coaching sessions in order to monitor progress and maintain motivation. Free introductory seminars are available every other Monday at the Healthy Weigh.
