I think the price point is decent for the size of the apartment. We have a small balcony too. Parking is additional $100ish for unreserved spot. The gym is decent size. I love the locker pick up...

UDR management does not care about the safety of the residents or their belongings. Major theft problem here. We pay for mail lockers as well as garage parking (which is about $100-$120/ monthly)...

Do not move here! This place was once nicely accommodating but it is no longer. The parking garage has been open for over 2 weeks now unsecured yet we pay $120 a month to park in a "secure"...
