The Colonies is a gated community consisting of homes for sale and for rent. Home prices range from $185k to $550k, but homes for sale in this community are rare. Rentals range from $1,300 to $2,600 per month. Sales and rentals are privately arranged by the owners.
The community is a great mix of all ages, and the facilities include 24-hour security and maintenance, tennis courts, a sauna, a clubhouse, a swimming pool and 29 acres of grounds. There are monthly newletters, weekly yoga classes and free exterminating for all residents.
