Elk Hill Farm is an educational and recreational facility with a vocational center, cottages and administrative offices. Established in 1970 as a private, nonprofit, nonsectarian child care facility, Elk Hill Farm serves youth through residential, day school and group home programs. The school also focuses on promoting emotional and physical wellness of learners. It provides a wide range of programs, such as the outreach program and measuring our success program. Elk Hill Farm s residential program offers an environment that helps students learn to identify, analyze and acquire skills to cope with various problems and improve academic and social skills. The school also offers family counseling programs. It is affiliated with various organizations, including the National Association of Private Schools for Exceptional Children.
