Raise the Bar is a unique fitness training facility that focuses on developing every individual as an athlete. It is our philosophy that developing the mental component of each individual we train is as important as the physical. When the individuals we condition develop strength, endurance and vitality, the mind provides for confidence, self esteem, trust in their ability and belief in their potential. Where the mind goes the body will follow.Raise the Bar trains all individuals regardless of their fitness level! All training packages include the guidance and support of certified fitness trainers (we prefer fitness mentors). Fitness mentoring ensures that the individual is matched with a program that matches their goals and abilities with like peers. In addition, each trainee is provided evaluation and guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle choices that support their individual goals.
