Orangetheory Fitness combines three aspects into one workout: science, coaching, and technology. One can't work without the other: this trifecta is essential for our workout, and essential for you. Each person wears a specialized heart rate monitor and we train in five heart rate zones. We have large monitors throughout the studio which allow you to monitor your progress in real-time. Our certified trainers focus on helping you to stay in the Orange zone for 12-20 minutes to achieve the EPOC after-burn effect, allowing you to burn calories for up to 36 hours after you leave our class. You will receive personal training in a fun and exciting group atmosphere. More science, more technology, more life!
