History
The history of Olde Towne Pizza and Pasta began back in 1997, when I, Baki Oncu, the owner and the chef, after 27 years of working in the Italian restaurant industry decided to start my own business. Since then, I have been exercising my culinary expertise in the kitchen, creating dishes ranging from pizza to Northern Italian selections. I, my wife, Tatiana, and our staff are working hard to make the restaurant distinct. Our priorities are cleanness, finest selection of the dishes, and hospitality.
