Old City BBQ is an innovative restaurant concept with a focus on high quality, locally or sustainably sourced ingredients. Only the highest quality meats available will be cooked in the traditional way of making bbq: over hardwood coals. Old City BBQ stands out by serving nose-to-tail bbq. Along with the smoke and technique of cooking the pig, the quality of the animals shows through in the flavor of the final product. Guests enjoy bbq favorites like brisket, chicken, ribs & pork belly, while traditional bbq sides such as pit beans, mac & cheese and coleslaw each have a unique twist. Other menu items include sandwiches and tacos featuring the smoked meats. Old City BBQ celebrates the whole animal and highlights this idea in dishes such as crispy fried pig's ears and pork rinds.
