Newport News Redevelopment Housing Authority (NNRHA) has been dedicated to creating affordable housing, vibrant neighborhoods, and opportunities for self-sufficiency in Newport News for over 84 years. As the primary provider of new homebuyer opportunities and affordable housing for lower and moderate-income families on the Virginia peninsula, NNRHA acquires and rehabilitates properties, manages the City's Consolidated Housing and Community Development programs, and administers over 3,068 Housing Choice Vouchers Section 8.
