This method is set to an innovative and modern playlist of music that inspires and motivates each individual throughout the exercise. Using a ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance, The Native Barre Method will take inches off your seat and waist, tone and sculpt your thighs, arms, stomach and back. All of the movements are designed to be low impact and easy on your joints. The Native Barre Method will give you a strong core, increase your cardiovascular health, create long and lean muscles, lift your seat, increase your flexibility, improve your posture and give you strength and endurance.
