HistoryFredericksburg Orthopaedic Associates was founded in 1971 by four now-retired physicians Dr.s Johnson, Moss, Lucey, and DeBlasi. In 1981, they built the Fall Hill Medical Park which still serves as the Administrative Headquarters along with both medical and physical therapy clinics. In 1990, FOA opened their second location in Stafford located on Garrisonville Rd., near I-95. In 2009, FOA opened their third location in Spotsylvania located behind Cosner's Corner.
