McNair Farms is a planned community located within Herndon that includes single-family homes, town houses, condominiums and apartment rentals. Those who live in the community become a part of the community association, including the master association as well as the smaller scale neighborhood association. The community also has a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and tot lots.
