I am a class A licensed contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and I have been building and renovating homes around the Fredericksburg area for over 20 years when I decided to venture into the world of Tiny Homes. Being a builder and partnering with the best real-estate agents in Virginia, we knew the NEED for affordable housing was becoming more and more prevalent, and I wanted to find a way to help solve this issue. My team and I had been building single family homes on these small infill lots in downtown Fredericksburg area. A large percentage of our homes were being built on lots 14'-30' wide.
