Class A Contractor specializing in residential construction. Our main focus is on building custom homes and additions. However, we offer whole house renovations, remodeling, garages(attached or detached), kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, deck additions, porch additions and sunroom additions. We can generate architectural drawings, take care of zoning requirements, health department and all phases of the permitting process to conclude with your occupancy permit. The only thing the busy home owner is required to do for their custom home or addition is to pick out furnishings, appliances and paint colors. When you contract with JMK Construction for your custom home or addition, you will not pay any up- front money. All work is done on a draw basis. We only ask for draws in phases, once the work is in place and complete to your satisfaction.
