Our mission is to support & lead a yoga community that practices & provides a variety of yoga to all populations and is passionate about giving back to each other and our planet. We offer an array of studio classes, trainings, workshops, and retreats within our yoga studio and globally. We are a social entrepreneurship business model giving back each quarter to 3 different non-profits from public classes, workshops, trainings and fundraisers and also hosting many other donations classes to support causes and organizations locally, regionally, nationally and internationally that hold a special place in our students' hearts. We value positivity, service, connection, and fun with a passion for sharing movement!

Hot classes will be set to 85 and all other indoor classes 75. Limited to 9 with more than 10 ft of social distancing between mats. Between classes we will use our two exhaust fans and open windows for fresh air exchange. The exhaust fans pull fresh air from outside in for circulation and exhaust out the current air. We will use our Radiant heat panels. Radiant heat is transmitted through electronic waves. When these waves are intercepted and absorbed they are converted into heat. The radiant energy is absorbed by objects in the room and warms the space similar to your clothes absorbing the light from the sun vs Blowing heat in the room through vents similar to your home forced air unit.
