Voted one of the best restaurants in Caroline County 2019! Horne's Restaurant of Port Royal was founded in 1960 by Bob Horne who expanded what was a single family owned restaurant into an empire. 60 years later, Hornes of Port Royal is the only original restaurant of the chain still thriving.
