We pray that God will bless you in the days ahead. Sincerely, Pastor Tim and Sharon Cerce Harvest Church first opened its doors in March 1992. Planted by Pastor Tim Cerce and his wife Sharon, the Assemblies of God congregation originally met in rented space in the Sacramento Center, a strip mall located on Richmond Highway in southern Fairfax County, Virginia. The church met there for nine years, becoming a presence in the community through its ministries and outreach programs. Significant among these was its ministry to the residents of the Eleanor Kennedy Homeless Shelter through the supplying of meals and its Christmas outreach to the residents of the Mount Vernon House, a housing facility for senior citizens. When the cost of renting space in the Sacramento Center became prohibitive, Harvest Church moved into temporary facilities in June of 2001. The congregation met there for nearly two years. In April 2003, the church moved into its current facilities at 7401 Beulah Street in Kingstowne, one-half mile from the Franconia-Springfield Parkway. After thoroughly renovating the facilities, the church held its first service there April 20, 2003, Easter Sunday.
