As a Car and Motorcycle enthusiast, Owner Jacques Eustaquio opened Graphics-N-Tints after retiring from the Navy in 2002. While serving as Navy Medic, Jacques' off-duty hours was spent modifying his cars or his motorcycle at the base auto hobby shop. His passion of motorsports continued and eventually turned into a business.
