The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority is committed ethically and financially to making Richmond, Va. a better place to live and work. RRHA provides quality housing for low- and moderate-income families, the elderly and the disabled with decent housing. With 4,100 units of public housing, RRHA is Virginia's largest housing authority. In all, RRHA's housing and community development programs directly serve more than 33,000 Richmond citizens.
