Forest View Volunteer Rescue Squad was founded in 1955 and serves the citizens of Richmond and Chesterfield counties in Virginia. It serves as a community rescue squad and provides the rescue and emergency care services. The organization has more than 100 members, seven ambulances, and crash and rescue trucks and quick response vehicles. Its members are trained to assist patients with medical and traumatic emergencies and to extricate victims of automobile crashes and rescue people from a variety of life threatening situations. Additionally, it offers open classes every year for the general public. Forest View Volunteer Rescue Squad has administration office in Richmond, Va.
