Fairfax County is divided into eight police districts. McLean is one of those. This diverse police district includes the posh communities of McLean and Great Falls and the increasingly immigrant-rich communities of Merrifield, Dunn Loring and Falls Church. The district includes members of Congress, high-ranking federal government officials and recent immigrants from India, China and El Salvador. The McLean District station is in the Fairfax County Government Center. The district has 132 sworn officers.
