Toddler Time Home Daycare I am Theresa Cox-Ford, The Owner and Operator of Toddler Time. We have been providing quality childcare for more than 12yrs in the Tidewater area. Our goal as a Home Daycare is to provide a safe and loving environment for your little ones where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. We believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule.
