HistoryAll you need is FOOD! I was working as an engineer and feeling exhausted and sick due long working hours and stress. I knew how to eat healthy but lacked the time and energy to do it. I was looking for a program that would allow me to eat healthy, maintain a healthy weight, without calorie counting, starvation, and suffering. Just real food. Like my mother cooked when I was growing up. Unfortunately, the market is saturated with diet plans for weight loss but nothing to help me get healthy. So I decided to create one myself. I went on to get a Master's degree in clinical nutrition to understand the biochemistry of the human body and how nutrients can modify health and through methylation turn genes on and off. My clinical education allows me to go beyond the basics of healthy eating. I understand the root cause of disease and can help my clients restore equilibrium without pills or gimmicks.
