We broke down around 8 pm on 81 and hobbled into Woodstock and got a hotel and called them early in the morning and they fixed us up (alternator) and we were on our by 4. Very pleased.

I do think they are crooks and should be called that instead of cooks. They also keep your car for a long time as though you have extra cars to drive while you wait for them to fix yours.
