As Needed: We offer both basic and priority scheduling service for our customers at $75 and $125 an hour respectively. We offer on-site, remote, and drop-off service. For remote and drop-off service there's no charge for time spent scanning for viruses, ads, or spent waiting for long tasks like large backups and restores. Basic: Every day questions? Need to have a support specialist at your fingertips, but still operate on a budget? Our Basic plan lets you e-mail or call with your questions and get walkthroughs and explanations whenever needed. At $25 a month per PC covered it fits into tight budgets. Includes up to one hour a month of e-mail and phone technical support. Professional: Need fast response? Want a technician to remotely complete complex tasks for you? With our guaranteed by the next business day response times and remote troubleshooting tools many problems can be fixed with nothing more than a quick call or e-mail from you describing the problem. Requires installation of remote assistance tools. At $50 a month per PC the professional plan offers competitive support to meet all your needs. Includes up to two hours of e-mail, phone, and remote technical support. Complete: For total support there's no substitute for our complete support. Includes troubleshooting of problems both on and off-site. An excellent warranty against problems and safety net for cost effectively keeping your PCs up and running. At $75 per per month our complete service is a small fraction of the price of keeping technical support on staff and offers you specialists with top notch skills and experience. Requires installation of remote assistance tools. Guaranteed remote assistance by the next business day. Calls requiring on-site service are scheduled when next available, emergency services available for off hour and priority needs. Includes three hours of technical support per month. No contract required: All support plans are purchased in 6 or 12 month blocks. If you wish to cancel at any time you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your service. Systems covered must be in good working order, protected by anti-virus, pop-up blockers, and firewalls at the start of service. Pricing is per system covered.
