With a passion for teaching and painting, a husband serving in the US Navy, and moving every two years, artist Lauren decided it was time to take her career into her own hands. With a very supportive husband by her side, she took on a new business venture. She studied and researched for almost a year before launching Colors & Cocktails in February 2014, a mobile art party business serving the greater Virginia Beach area.
