Carter Heating & Air Conditioning started their business from their garage in Virginia Beach, VA and then moved to a small shop off Pennsylvania Ave where they stayed until 1987. After years of growth, they built a new office, warehouse and sheet metal shop in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake. Today, C.L.
