Great patient experience! We knew exactly what was going to be done and many folks checked on us to make sure we were ok!

Gross! What did these gloves touch? Cross contamination waiting to happen.

Part of the purewick was just sitting in the chair. Was it used?

The pump was off. No explanation until I asked. I was told the IV stopped working and they were going to put in a new one. When?

My mom was admitted on Thursday. I used the bathroom in the room on Saturday. The smell was unbearable.
