Studying oneself utilizing a process where a trained therapist is involved and can be profitable to the point of changing things permanently. Happiness certainly has to be one of life's biggest concerns. This is readily found when a person feels whole within themselves and at peace. Being a calm, at-ease person is quite possible when certain issues are put to rest.
