History
We are a custom residential design and build firm located in Fredericksburg, VA. We started with the idea that there was a group of customers who simply could not get what they wanted from the national, regional and smaller home builders. We are large enough to be serious presence in our area and small enough to do business with a personal touch, creating lasting relationships with our customers. We design our homes in-house on a state-of-the-art architectural/CAD system and work with you to design and build the home you want.
