The Association of State Drinking Water Administrators (ASDWA) represents state drinking water programs and its administrators on a national scale. This includes assisting states in protecting public health through drinking water provisions, collecting data and information on drinking water from all state program administrators and promoting feasible drinking water requirements on a federal and state level. Each state initiative is represented in the ASDWA, including U.S. territories and the Navajo nation. It works closely with other organizations whose goals work well with its own to support each other's standards and causes.
