She has worked with and trained under Bob Ruthazer, leading marriage coach in Richmond, for many years as well as led marriage ministry in two local churches and served on the board of First Things First, now Relationship Foundation of Virginia. She still connects with Chris Beach, Executive Director of Relationship Foundation as well as other business and church connections in the area.
