Patient's are encouraged to perform prescribed exercises at home so that they can recover faster. We also make custom orthotics, should a patient's foot or ankle alignment be causing structural problems. One of our techniques - applied kinesiology - looks for muscle imbalances which can cause structural strain. This can result in misalignments of the spine, muscle spasm, joint and muscle pain, poor sports performance, a tendency for injury, or even systemic health problems. Structural stress may then go on to affect the nervous system, which can affect every organ and system in the body. The doctor trained in applied kinesiology corrects muscle weakness and muscle imbalance - a holistic approach designed to get to the cause of health problems. Once our patients are feeling better, we release them from active care.
