History
As a Colorado native I grew up on Mexican food and especially missed eating tamales! After 25 years of living in Vermont, I decided it was time to make and sell my own. Now we are a mother-daughter tamale making team and our truck is family owned and operated.
Specialties
Our food specialty is the tamale and we also make a variety of other Mexican foods. We strive to purchase as many local ingredients as possible thus supporting community one ingredient at a time.
