Paired with the finest craft beer around, we use the best local and regional ingredients to create from scratch our not-to-be-missed hot sauces, house-smoked meats and so much more.

At The Mad Taco we have always been committed to supporting our local farmers for all of the health, social, economic and environmental benefits that strong local food systems create. Taking this philosophy even a step further, Chef-Owner Joey Nagy and his partner Georgia Von Trapp run Marble Hill Farm in Fayston, directly supplying us with much of the tomatoes, tomatillos, peppers, greens, cilantro, herbs, and a number of other vegetables we use both in house and for our catering company, Cast Iron Catering. In addition, Marble Hill Farm's pasture raised goats make it on to our menu as specials, when available.
