History
Growing up in Cambodia, my family used to cook together and have picnics as a way to enjoy each other's company. Those picnics became some of my best childhood memories. When I moved to the Upper Valley, I saw families and friends on the Lebanon Green sharing laughter and excitement together which brought back those good memories. I thought I could contribute to that Lebanon Green experience with tasty, fresh food. After discussing with my family, in 2015 we started serving at the Hanover farmers market. The community seemed to love our food, so we thought we could open a food truck. After hard work and saving that year, we bought a food truck in which we served Lebanon at lunch and Hanover at dinner. We dreamed of having a permanent location where our food lovers can come and enjoy our food all year round. In 2016, we opened our first location in Lebanon for pick-up orders. In 2018, we opened our second permanent location in Hartford, available for dining in.

Our mission is to deliver authentic, quality Cambodian food to our Upper Valley community. We are committed to using the finest ingredients in our dishes and take pride in serving tasty, fresh food, at a reasonable price.
