AWI was conceived with the idea of developing every level of welder so they can reach their highest potential. Owner Rick Irick enjoys the small class sizes and (no more than 20) sense of community his school brings to the Chittenden County area. AWI has recently added another location in Eagle River, WI.

AWI specializes in beginner weld training and all advanced welding techniques. We are a full service destructive and non-destructive testing facility. Our equipment is state of the art; and is update on a regular basis.
