CrossFit is a high intensity group training program. We use Olympic weight lifting, body weight gymnastic exercises, and metabolic conditioning to program your workouts. At every session you will have two CrossFit Trainers to help push you past your limits! CrossFit can be modified to every single level of fitness and ability, from Olympic athletes too beginners brand new to exercise. Heber Valley CrossFit is not a typical gym. We don't have treadmills or weight machines or ellipticals, just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time. Our workouts range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes long. We have 4 different time options five days a week and one time option on Saturday.
