Try the Lemon Parmesan Crusted Halibut or its unique line- up of signature salads, sandwiches and wood-fired gourmet pizzas. In January 1994, Red Rock's 10-barrel brew house was officially installed. The ales proved so popular that a 20-barrel fermenter was added three months later. By the spring of 1996 Red Rock increased soda production to the point that two 7-barrel tanks were added for soda serving.
