Jason Hess is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. While cutting his teeth in NY, HI and CA, He became fond of and passionate about Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. After owning several restaurants here in UT, He made a decision to open a gourmet bulk store on the east side of the valley.The rest of the history is ongoing.
