Kade Ence has been involved in St. George real estate for his entire life. His grandfather founded the local construction company Ence Homes in 1957 which was eventually passed on to Kade's father and uncles. Kade worked in the family business from his childhood until he was 30 doing landscaping, concrete, sales, finance, and management. Kade started selling real estate when he got his sales agent license in 2001. He sold new construction homes for Ence Homes for several years. While obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and later his Masters Degree in Business. In 2012 Kade earned his Real Estate Broker's Licence, and left the family business in 2013 to join Keller Williams where he still specializes in new construction and development. In 2013 Kade completed his GRI designation from the Graduate of Realtor Institute, and is now expanding his specialties to everything from high end luxury homes to short sales and foreclosures.
