History
J. Wong's is a family establishment, through and through. Founded by mother Kwan and named for the family's four sons Jordan, Jason, Josh and Jesse, the restaurant is dedicated to bringing their culinary traditions to Salt Lake diners. Honoring their Thai and Chinese heritage, executive chef Jason Wong and manager Jordan Wong travel to both countries regularly to stay in touch with their roots and remain authentic, while looking for innovative ways to offer fresh takes on time-tested favorites.

Authentic Thai and Chinese flavors presented with modern style--lamb chops in curry, pork belly buns, whole fried fish with ginger black bean sauce, honey-walnut shrimp, stir fry of filet mignon, flash-fried scallops and mango and sticky rice. We are also pleased to offer Peking Duck, a traditional Chinese delicacy of tender duck roasted to perfection; skillfully carved and masterfully presented.
