HistoryIn 1996, John Tebbs began managing commercial real estate developments and the construction of several commercial projects throughout northern Utah. Projects were diverse in type and size such as retirement centers, office buildings, retail centers and R.V. Parks. As this management service expanded, internal developments began to be pursued and over time increased to a level requiring staff to run them. With the design-build method of construction as the preferred method of building, it became desirable to form a uniquely structured design-build firm that could construct projects. Bonneville Builders was formed with the emphasis in satisfying the needs of real estate developers, owner-users, and investors desiring creative thinking for efficiencies and function while producing excellent quality within restrictive time frames.
