My father in law started this gym from scratch over 30 years ago as the first 24 hour gym in cache valley. 6 years ago my husband and I took over the gym and it has been a great adventure. We care about health and fitness and we care about our members!

Reasonable price. Nice that it's open all hours. Family membership option. A little crowded later evening with college and/or high school kids but not bad enough to avoid those hours.
